I’ve taken the next step. I’ve sent an email to inform nerd icon Wil Wheaton that, yes, I used a thinly veiled reference to him in my book for one of my characterizations. I can only hope that he’s ok with it. Next I will have to make the mention to two other nerd luminaries once I get up the nerve, hehe.
